That’s going to leave a huge gap in the schedule, four weeks in between Vietnam on April 5th and the Dutch GP on May 3.

Vietnam is also at risk if Coronavirus spreads further. It’s a mess but it’s better than helping further spread the virus with a major event.

So far Vietnam has avoided any large outbreak, just 15 cases down near Da N ang. I haven’t kept up with the travel restrictions, but I wonder if the GP in Hanoi would draw many from China now that their own GP is cancelled....

It’s only postponed, not cancelled.

I’d vote for Germany, too.....except I’d suggest a non-points, 4 -day F1 weekend at the Nurburgring. Old cars, new cars, maybe some new lap records. Also maybe some wrecked cars/suspensions.

Seriously, make a Vintage/All-Star F1 weekend. Bring in a fleet of factory cars (Caymans, Supras, ????) and have a five lap race. Celebrities and retired drivers too.

Just make it one big F1 PR weekend.

Yea but i think China and N Korea are somewhat friendly , or at least business partners. I’ve heard its a huge government cover- up but the Coronavirus is running crazy through there.
